How do I create an account? | |
1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. How much is my shipping? How do you ship? | |
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We offer FREE shipping on orders $90+. Make sure to select the proper drop down option to select the correct shipping option for your needs. On FREE shipping orders we will ship USPS Priority, or FedEx based on the weight, size, and destination. If you prefer a certain carrier, please specify that in your order notes section and we'll accommodate if possible. ALL loaded ammo must ship FedEx Ground, and cannot ship USPS. |

How do I return my product? | |

I received the wrong product. | |
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, or been shorted any, customers must contact customer service within 72 business hours of receiving the package. ***Product photos are representative of the product. They aren't of the exact product you'll receive and thus some small variations may occur. Please refer to the product description for the specifications of the listed item.*** |

Please see our Terms & Conditions for complete details regarding our return policy. Make sure when returning to include a copy of the original invoice along with an indication as to whether you prefer store credit or a return to your credit card. |

When will my order ship? | |
Go through the items on your order and look at the "Availability" for each one. MOST items will ship within 24 hours. Any longer than that will be indicated and is accurate. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation with your tracking number via email when your order has shipped. |
