The .223 Stainless Steel magazine was developed to provide a light weight, more durable alternative to the standard Aluminum and plastic magazines available on the market today. Using 400 series .020 thick Stainless Steel, as opposed to .040 thickness for aluminum, CPD was able to get a much stronger magazine with minimal added weight. CPD’s fully robotic welds are above and beyond anything else available today in strength and consistency. The Isonite finish provides a dark black surface that can’t be scratched off. These magazines feature CPD’s specially designed anti-tilt followers and mil spec 17-7 Stainless Steel springs for ultimate performance. Available in 10rd, 20rd and 30rd.

The Stainless Steel Magazine
Extremely durable and dependable, the stainless steel magazine outperforms the mil-spec aluminum magazine in every test.
The combination of 400 series stainless steel and heat treatment makes this magazine one of the most heavy-duty in the industry today, with only a slight increase in weight. It can take a beating that would destroy an aluminum magazine and continue to perform admirably with enhanced strength, reliability and performance.
C Products Defense is one of the select few magazine manufacturers to use the technology of fully automated robotic welding stations. This allows us to control and monitor automatically each magazine weld, ensuring that each weld is dimensionally correct. A computer printout is available from every shift to verify the quality. Any weld not meeting the load specifications is immediately rejected.
All CPD magazines feature the new "snap on" anti-tilt follower. The use of the .020 gauge material in stainless steel combined with increased interior dimensional room enhances proper stacking of the rounds and dramatically reduces failure due to jams. Functionally, this magazine is far superior to any in today's market.

With the landscape in Law Enforcement and Military changing rapidly
across the globe, many went looking for a heavier round with more
stopping power. Welcome to the 7.62 x 51 (.308)! Due to the large and
violent nature of this round, it was necessary to develop a Steel
magazine that could survive the abuse inherent to this round. CPD did
just that, developing a magazine that can withstand the test of time.
With its Isonite and proprietary black Teflon coating, this is the
magazine of choice for Military units across the world. Available in
5rd, 10rd, and 20rd capacities.
